FoxxxyHost.com provides a free and paid image and photo hosting service. Users of this service may upload as many digital images as they wish (within the limits of their accounts) and can then let others view the images by letting them know the URL of the image.

You are authorized to sign up for and use 1 (one) free account only. Any members suspected of creating more than 1 (one) free account may have their accounts deleted and all images removed at any time.

This service is offered to those looking for personal image hosting. If any of your images uses excessive bandwidth we may delete the image from our servers with no prior notice and, at our discretion, suspend or terminate your account.

You agree not to use FoxxxyHost.com to:

• Upload child pornography - We collect the data (such as IP address) of whoever uploads such images, as well as whoever views such images.  This data will be turned over to the proper authorities, and they will use the data to arrest and punish those involved.

• Upload any image that you do not hold copyright to - All images are the copyright of their respective owners. You may not use any of the images on this site for any purpose without the permission of the copyright holder.  This includes, but is not limited to, photographs that are copyrighted and other files you do not have the right to distribute.  Any violation of copyright law will cause an immediate ban of your account and IP address, and all images will be removed from FoxxxyHost.com.

• Upload any content that relates to hate/abuse, messages of terror, torture, or death images - This could result in the data (such as IP address) to be sent to the proper authorities and the members ISP.  This includes, but is not limited to, illegal, defamatory, promotes racism, hatred or discrimination

FoxxxyHost.com has a zero-tolerance policy regarding spam, child pornography, child modeling, copyright infringement and abuse.

Any images found to break our terms of service will be removed with no warning. Anyone who uploads an image that violates our terms may be banned from using this site with no prior notice.

In the case of violation of our terms, we may share any and all information we hold on the user concerned with any interested 3rd parties.
